This page collects three things and nothing else. Here is exactly what happens to them.
What this page collects
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your business name, and your business email address. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers on this page.
Why, and for how long
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a scoping call. Your details are emailed to Tudor Crișan and stored as an enquiry record. They are kept for 24 months from our last meaningful contact, then deleted.
Lawful basis
Consent, under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — you chose to submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us, or using the contact details below.
Who else sees it
Resend delivers the email. MongoDB Atlas stores the record. Vercel hosts this page. They act only on our instructions and never use your data for their own purposes. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
If we contacted you first
If you arrived here from a cold outreach email rather than by finding us, a separate section of our main policy explains where your business contact details came from and your absolute right to object.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can also complain to a supervisory authority — ANSPDCP in Romania, or the ICO in the United Kingdom. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.
